09: I needed a calm seating area near the mountain.
11: I needed a pedestrian street with a parc on the right. I chose the Mont-Royal/Cartier intersection.

Gatineau is plagued with car dependency; viable alternatives exist, but they usually have many compromises.

This project is a step in the right direction, but it can’t happen without the support of its citizens.
