Thank you!! I wish they also looked at the updated jp script bc there was no reason for them to leave okama in there when they got Yamadera back in the booth to redo his lines and change it to cross dressing (sorry I know you've seen me ramble on this before lol)

Also I'm half convinced the remaster team had the original localisation script and just edited stuff so it didn't look like they were copying, bc how else would they nerf this + line from Majima losing his eye and then also keep the okama bit when the remaster jp script and audio has been updated??

Iirc there's a thread on twitter about how Saejima's accent is handled more consistently and better in the PS3 version compared to the remaster.

The original translation for them is more literal, but personally I don't mind it?? Would rather that than going too loose or straight up adding things (like in your screenshots). Here's another example with 4R, PS3!4 and original JP.
