Plus, tuning lets you min/max easily. Since you don't wanna tune, why not just focus on one character for now? I think the real stress comes from tuning for multiple characters.

I see your point, but I would also like to mention tuning echoes isn't too bad an experience. Do I feel extreme pain when I roll three HP substats in a row? Yes. Do I curl up and sob about my tuner loss? Yes. However, I also recycle those echoes in the DB.
