I started reading more, now that I’m in winter break, & they really brought back together a lot of things I had lost due to social media. Last book I’ve read is The House on Mango Street, it made me really value the things I have and question what I plan to do of myself as a Mexican daughter.

I’m convinced the “do audiobooks count as reading?” argument all derives from those mid-90s summer reading pizza challenges.
Folks - we’re all in our 30s and 40s now. It’s no longer a competition.
