Besides Dems constantly voting for these policies, it's also extremely grating that they decided to word all their statements to say "wow this policy sure is bad. I hope someone, who perhaps holds some sort of office in government that can influence policy, can do something about it (not me tho!)"

Great point. If you're a good person you will simply make good and correct choices 100% of the time and never do anything bad or foolish.
