When I'm writing for prompts, it's so easy to fall in love with the idea of making it a full story. The idea of a chosen one whose only fulfilling the prophecy to die is so cool in my mind but I need to stop getting attached these short stories. Not everything needs to be a novel.

I have spent an ungodly amount of time doing what is basically a filler episode for some of my OCs. It couldn't be all of them, cause that's wild. It is, however, representative of most of my 2025 works. Here it is:

Because I think a lot, one of the few things I don't know about my main twelve OCs is their birthdays. Canonically, they would likely all know them, and since there are twelve, I can do one for each month. But what would those days be? I'll see what fits...

I should probably start threads for whenever I want to randomly talk about the specific stuff I'm creating. Whether that's like books, visual novels, or whatever.

As I'm writing this CYOA game, I'm sitting here trying to find inspiration to make another ten characters. Like low-key it's not that hard but it's certainly something that stumps me when I run into it.

It's weird how I can force myself to be productive when I feel uncomfortable. When I'm relaxed and not busy, I just want to focus on playing games or reading rather than writing. Should probably get used to forcing myself to just write an hour a day regardless of the productivity.

Gotta remind myself that failures aren't representative of your entire being. You can bring yourself back from them as long as you keep steady. It's hard not to judge myself deeply. I still will, but I'll try to not harp on it.

I quite like this running gag I have for this specific series. I don't even have to try especially hard to make an intro for each 'chapter' since I can slot this in so many situations.

It's testing my patience. This like the old Worldstar Hip-hop videos to me, where they ask something simple like, "What's heavier, a pound of feathers or a pound of steel?" and they all get it wrong.
I've had my friends argue the Gorilla wins!
