8) You need STORAGE options. Vacuum sealers. Canning jars. Tupperware. Freezer and refrigerator space. And it all costs money.

7) Realize that everything you eat now must be from scratch or close to it. A bag of beans is at least an hour of prep/processing/storing to become a BASE for a meal.

6) Prepare to lose your day. Standing in line. Standing at the trade table. Sorting through your stuff immediately to get rid of spoilage. Prep/cook items that will expire quickly and store. Clean kitchen thoroughly after to avoid infestation.
