I’ve been saving my garden strawberries all week to have enough for dessert tonight. I poached the small amount of rhubarb I had and put it over some pound cake from Costco and whipped cream. So yummy!

So. Many. Cutworms. That’s from 4 square feet of a raised bed. So gross. In better news, our artichoke is glorious (my sister for scale) and has 3 chokes on it currently. It’s its second year and should produce more this year (we didn’t actually eat any last year. Just let them flower). Happy garden

My 3 rhubarb are coming along nicely. I started from seed 2 years ago. I should be able to harvest some this year! The last pic is the one I’m using a cloche on.

I made challah with my niece and nephew for Shabbat when we visited. The nephew did the braid mostly by himself. (The niece lost interest after the kneading)
