Probably a way to improve design by adding a median and dedicated left turn lanes and lights on Osborne at Brandon, Morley, etc. but that would mean making Osborne less of a car sewer and be unpopular with suburban drivers and their councillors.

As of this afternoon the entire northbound lane is blocked off so now instead of just worrying about merging into traffic cyclists now also need to face oncoming traffic.

Mayor Gillingham brags about millions in AT spending, meanwhile the list of current projects is years out of date and on the ground cycling projects in progress are a rare sight.
