Facing herself was another thing entirely, knowing all the expectations she had laid forth– how they had failed, and (more rarely) succeeded. But she always, always, always had more compassion with the nonsense than she gave herself credit for, and this temporal anomaly had much more pride in her than she even expected.

Hello, I am a painteress who does traditional media (mostly watercolor and oil paintings) love working with imagery from myths, ghost stories, fables and fairy tales, in an abstract and surreal way. Here are some recent pieces-
The creatures appeared once more, delighting in the return to home, where they were free to evolve in the safety of the palace where they knew they were most adored - the mind of origin. They have extraordinary plans to form a mythical horoscope, where they will run wild in forgotten memories and paths not taken. These moments of wonderment can only be shared with those who hold the golden string made of time shared, laughter twinned, and focus doubled. The sea infiltrated the mood with a vastness of possibility, largely due to the post apocalyptic gravity so substantial that one could smell the very minerals that composed the internal fluid dreams, the crashing heartbeats and the oppressive humming of the wind of thought, mirroring existence without connection or contrivance. Even the birds wash their colors away near the vast deep of it. These darker days were filled with such strangeness that we never noticed the dirt on our shoes, but strolled through at horrified wonder of all that might be lost in the long shadows. The winter set in, and the deep of losses future, recent and distant coalesced into a pool that spawned strange creatures that were whimsical but frightening. They were made of light but also gave shape to the darkness from which they emerged and would scatter away any who would cause such inky distress.
