Thank you to New Futures and our other advocates, parents, and childcare facility owners.

Today we testified to improve the NH Childcare Scholarship program.

We are in a childcare CRISIS in NH. Parents want to work. Children thrive when they have high quality early development opportunities.

To be clear, Elon Musk believes that anyone on Medicaid or social security is a part of the “parasite class.”

People- Musk is not finding waste. He is gutting YOUR rightful benefits. And he is doing it with utter delight. 🤮

If you’ve ever found yourself asking “what the hell are they thinking?!” In reference to the agenda from the right- then this workshop is for you.

Learning more about the intentional rise of Christian Nationilism as a tool for political power enables us to understand and better fight it.

The committee voted UNANIMOUSLY that this bill is ITL. That means it will go to the full House with recommendation to not pass it.

HUGE gratitude to 7th grader, Abby who testified against this bill. She is an example of the change we can make when we bravely work together to have our voices heard!

All 8 Democrats on the NH House Education Policy committee are there for the #HB283 hearing but 5 of the 10 Republican members didn't show up.

When you have over 28,000 citizens submit their opinions on a bill, the VERY LEAST you can do is show up to listen to them. Completely disrespectful.

Incredible, isn’t it? Now we need to see this outcry on EVERY IMPORTANT BILL that comes up this year.

Let’s protect kids, and our climate, and our most vulnerable.

The list goes on. We need to fight the bad bills, and SUPPORT the good ones.

Let’s do this!

“HELL NO. It’s illegal. We demand oversight!”

I don't take full credit for this letter. It is a combination of other letters going around and a friend's suggestion to allow our children to sit out the pledge of allegiance.

Please consider sending some version of this letter to your local schools.

But I thought “Trump isn’t associated with Project 2025 at all.”

And more check marks every day.

As white folks wanting to support brown and black folks, please consider:

What are the issues THEY are really worried about? Are THEY already working on a solution? How can YOU support THEM?

I may have been the cause of chaos yesterday. When you know better, you do better. Let’s all do better!
