I never exercise anyway, but just no walking really made me too full of restless energy. 😵‍💫 So I had to start doing walks around the neighbourhood! It was really a first for me since I’m also a night owl - I hope you can improve it and manage to sleep in soon! 💕💖🛏

Ohhh that sucks 😭 the only time this ever happened to me was during the pandemic!! For the first time ever I was waking up very early and going for a walk first thing in the morning, and having trouble with insomnia. For me at least, I think it was related to not going out/walking much.🥲
