The way I’m set up, I’m comfortable, but I know I got a leg up because I bought my house from my MIL at a ridiculous price while rates were at a historic low.

When you leave a rent controlled apartment, the landlord gets to charge whatever they want to the next tenant, unless it’s passed through family. So that wouldn’t be the price for the single mom. It would be much higher.

I can’t agree with this more. The employer owns the email and any other services which they pay for like a Microsoft One Drive account. They have every right to access anything made with their money!

That’s what made me wildly allergic to the show. Never was a regular watcher, but since then, anything with him in it gets turned off the moment I notice. The network knows. That’s why he’s not in the thumbnails of interviews on YouTube.
