I am decidedly upper middle class in terms of numbers, but tism and fine dining do not go together. Plus, I grew up working-class, so I'm sure that also has a lot to do with it.

Oh, Dusty is also very cool. And a gay icon. My favourite by Dusty is "I Only Wanna Be With You", which also got excellent treatment by the Bay City Rollers because if it's not Scottish, it's CRAP!!!

We have a little dog named Margot. My wife likes to call her "Large Marge". If you are a Pee Wee fan, you know the reference. I guess you had to be there.

My chonky 15 year old cat, Boris, climbed onto the bed last night and rested against my back for about an hour. He's like a big furry warm pillow. Charley Quinn (the little girl in back of the photo) hung out to enjoy the air conditioner. I love all four of my cats.

If this guy lands on you, don't be concerned, it will not harm you. The red admiral butterfly is so calm it will land on a person and stay for a while. Maybe that is good luck. They are endangered as a result of climate change. Butterflies, like bees, help pollinate plants we eat.

Yep. I just had a dick in my mouth. It was soft and spongy, sweet and a bit spiced. I heated it in the microwave for 30 seconds before eating it. Get your minds out of the gutter, folks... I'm referring to the dessert I had after my chicken salad croissant. Spotted dick. It's a British tradition. :)

This is our dog, Liam. He was found on the street, horribly matted, hungry and alone. He is about 12 years old and blind. A local rescue volunteer asked if we would adopt him. She knew two of our dogs had just passed away. They were littermates, 1/2

Liam, who was rescued off the street about a month ago. His hair is growing in. He was shorn after he was rescued because he was horribly matted. He is cute, gentle, feisty and adorable. He is also blind. Here, he is turning his head because I called his name. He knows his new name <3
