This has been part of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights or something very similar. I applaud the Pope reminding us the importance of human dignity. Thank you for sharing.

And yet the administration is going to recommend (against medical evidence), that pregnant women not take Tylenol. From what I’ve read, they are leaning on junk science for this. It’s insane and so counterproductive.

I grew up in Belfast Northern Ireland in the 70’s, I was used to armed forces patrolling the streets. A very different situation to be sure. The IRA was targeting construction workers because they were seen as traitors to the cause, and blowing up shops left and right …(1)

Thanks for the link. I ended my subscription when they published an article about Planned Parenthood. The piece was full of factual errors and omissions that they were of course warned about in advance. They published anyway, facts and truth be dammed.

I’m not going to lie, this critical thinking change up gives me hope. As a left leaning liberal, I always give the conservative viewpoint a fair think. As in, am I wrong? I think we owe it to ourselves to be honest when considering viewpoints. I appreciate your post.

I would add, some breeders are quite ethical. We met the sire and bitch before breeding and they were lovely. We also had the pick of the litter because we were keeping the tail ( she ended up being the runt and we loved her to pieces). Still friends with the breeder to this day.

Here is Harriet the Old English Sheepdog, we got her from a breeder. She was the sweetest and kindest of dogs. Here she is hanging out with her pal Rosie and Gigi the cat. Harriet has the most exquisite tail and I never understood why they cut them off ( actually I do).
