I think this was a great video! What if instead of relying on slipping the shoe on like normal shows, you make it a two piece that you can clamp around your foot. Maybe make it magnetic or a dovetail mate connection or something. perfect for when it's on your foot, didn't compromise.

I just saw this on Thingiverse and decided I'm going to print a handful for Christmas as a fun little thing for us all to do around the table. Last year it was the kit card for a trebuchet!

Be sure to keep it dry! That seems to be the quickest way to fail at printing that stuff, ask me how I know.
