The speaker is right.The control of taxation and accountability in raising taxes was what the English civil war was mainly about and the American war of independence.Congress seems to have forgotten its duties and responsibilities under the Constitution allowing untrammeled executive power!

Its beyond satire now. Trump having infantilised US politics, is now removing all semblance of dignity and gravitas from the Oval Office, trashing Americas reputation abroad, among friends and allies alike ,along with Americas economy. The Pope had the humanity and empathy, wholly absent in Trump!

Clever, trouble is the Democrats deliberately protected Biden when he was President when he was clearly unfit to hold the Office of President and were trying to get him re-elected for a second term, until he was found out in the debate, which came as a surprise to nobody, so where does blame lie?

Corporal Vance who, lets face it, served his country. with considerable distinction , as a photographer and PR man in the Marine Corps is deserving of our respect in that he was not found out.. until he became Vice President. Give the man his brief moment of fame ,. before he crashes and burns

Corporal Vance...doesnt really have a clue, lets face it .. but I hope he is going on a very long polar holiday . Otherwise he and his boss will be taking America to a very friendless place, which Americans will find a lot chillier than Greenland!
