Incorrigible loafer (mainly rye).
I'm disappointed with Fleet street: they left "Mayhem with Milliband" just sitting on the table. Other nominees: "Riots with Reeves"; "Bedlam with Balls"; "Stochastic terrorism with Streeting."

"Come into the garden, Maude
For the black bat, night, has flown."

It's crazy because the cross domain skillset is actually what sets me apart, it my biggest selling point, but not to a large language model.

It's a nightmare for everyone. I went through this in June. Roles in my niche were getting 100+ applications a day, often in a couple hours, in tiny Singapore. Recruiters use ATS to screen as well, good luck if your employment history is not a straight line, I had to retitle half my roles!

Come now poss, in fairness they're shitting the bed about many other things as well. Also the bedroom floor, the walls, the neighbour's begonias....

It's nuts how he's squandered the kind of majority that would let you do anything, anything!

Could be an opportunity for him, Carney's pushback saved the liberals. That necessitates having a spine, however.

Not seeing many mentions of how many times he breached the broadcasting act in the fawning obituaries.

It's beyond satire, Ayn Rand by way of Albert Speer.

Organisational change management: at best ~70% of an audience will read a mass email, regardless of importance. Often less than 50%. Average comprehension (this has been studied) is roughly 11 year old reading level. Most corporate emails do not reflect this reality...

My general experience surveying is that self reported behaviours are low quality; self reported *hypothetical* behaviours are pure fiction. We are very very bad at accurately assessing our behaviour and even worse at predicting it.

AEMO's predicative track record is beyond dismal. Regulatory capture doesn't being to summarise their ineptitude.

I get frustrated sometimes. My kids' English teacher has the *worst* advice and recommendations. Coaches them to produce the most overwritten, purple prose, dripping with adverbs. Had a big debate with my daughter about Gothic as a genre this week cause I vehemently disagreed so much with teacher!

I could watch them for hours.

Thank you! What i love about diving, muck diving in particular, is that these small moments of beauty are everywhere on healthy reefs, all you have to do is slow down and immerse yourself in the environment.

They are the cutest!

I am far from an expert, but I don't believe so. @jopabinia.bsky.social might know better!

It's all talk! Makes me cranky, these millionaires are not moving to Dubai. It's been studied. Capital flight is a different kettle of fish but you can legislate for it.

What do you think is missing poss, that makes this a non starter in Australia and 80%+ penetration in Norway? Public policy seems to be the obvious difference, there.

I find this shit annoying. No, Michelle, religion should *not* underpin anything to do with our laws and government; we're a secular country, keep it in your pants. The persistence of parliament prayer and bible swearing pisses me off, too. Christianity hasn't been the default in Aus for decades.

Even uranium has a half life, I suppose.
