I personally don't have any because I got a degree with classes equivalent to the entry level certifications and I'm bad at testing so the whole process sounded like a nightmare to me.

From my understanding general IT certificates are basically a tool to get your foot (paw) in the door when you have no IT work experience. Once you have that foot in experience pretty much takes over except for specialty certs. So it really depends on if the jobs you want to move into require them.
