Oh yes lol I work from home and we were technically expecting maintenance repair people to come in to just replace AC air filters. our filter is in the living room where very minimal little items are so when they came in for the walkthrough I was like oop- lol they didn’t same to care tho

Yeah, I believe that’s the way it is here as well. I think they may have loopholed it. We technically did get an announcement for maintenance coming to replace air filters for yesterday so I actually was expecting maintenance, but nothing specifically stating walkthrough inspections were to happen

Oh jeez! Yeah it was pretty mortifying lol I was in middle of a call at work and had to put them on hold 😭 I was in a onesie and pajamas with bluey slippers on just standing there like 🧍🏽as there’s diapers, pacis and a bunch of bluey toys in the room they are looking around 🙃
