A legally trained friend tells me that for people renting, there maybe some legal redress to obtain blinds etc. Probably not air conditioning. Recently arrived in St Leonard's and am enjoying the cultural and social opportunities on offer.

May I ask, do you live in Ocean House? Feel free to block me at this stage, as I get that sounds a bit 'stalkery'. From my flat I have a clear view of OH and can see from early morning all the blinds on the side facing are drawn.
