To be fair, all ROTC activity at Harvard had been outsourced to MIT for decades. Harvard's needs blind admissions ensures accepted applicants can attend without DoD scholarships.

We have a place in Stehekin and we were moved from the 100 year flood zone to the 50 year one (I think) after the 2003 flood Following this week's floods, I think we're actually in a 20 year zone

I thought that all flood maps were being recalculated as the increase in frequency of flood events has made the areas labelled as 100 or 50 year flood areas wildly inaccurate.

For us in the US it will unfortunately require a constitutional amendment unless we get a supreme court that can link gun ownership with militia membership as implied in the Bill of Rights.
