I may get sent to a detention camp for being an enemy to the govt.I won't let that stop me.I know there are others like me in the UK willing to fight for the next generation.I'llstart looking for folx in the UK to help too. I'll look for teachers, counselors 1st, connect anyone I find here together

Sorry I yapped so much and used f bombs,very emotional about this and the Mom in me is trying to give you the only comfort,hope,and potential solutions I can while being realistic.One plus for the UK is you're smaller and can physically connect better to each other to build a support system

Or more than two generations to get a tolerant society back, I realize that now and focusing on turning fear into anger,channeling anger into any action I can to help us survive to create a better society. I'm 48, disabled. I don't have money but will do anything I can, I don't have much to lose

In no way am I trying to say we should just give in to these fkrs,but I want us to be realistic and plan for the worst. We got kind of blindsided because we really thought our Supreme Court would stop this insanity, and we're scrambling now, no more options but each other.It may take a generation-

I completely understand where you're coming from. Seeing what's happening in the US, many of us are realizing we are on our own,can't expect things to change anytime soon and are making plans to do what we can to survive and protect our kids until we can live safely. If the country doesn't collapse

If we get enough parents together, we can figure out a plan, if that professor could start her own classes, between everyone we should be able to do something similar. Figure out fundraising for schooling, some may have mental health degrees and can offer free therapy and support/social groups etc

Is online learning available in the UK so parents don't have to do teaching themselves? We are seeing what's happening in our fascist govt and are now trying to organize our own safe systems. A University professor got fired because they eliminated dei, and she's starting her own little school now💪
