The judge might as well just said they could arrest anybody without a warrant because immigration officers will just say every person was likely to flee.

Tbh, Trump sounds worried about the shutdown. AOC made a good point which is Trump has already been closing government agencies and firing federal employees through DOGE, so this threat means nothing.
