building a slow glucose-release "sweet spot" has been helpful for me: gentle carbs at night (rice, polenta, beets etc popcorn!) to promote melatonin, cooked fruit, easily digestible protein (sardines, tofu, eggs etc), leaves for magnesium. also avoid cbd strains with limonene (citrusy = energy peak)
