And by vision do we mean:
- future thinking bells and whistles? (UI based vision)
- Ideas on how we can influence metricts through design and we don't need to wait for product to define it.
- Be Shamans of product and bring ideation to leadership and bypass agile process for decision making.

In the context of product/UX strategy conversations, here are some cursed examples :D
- 'What is your 'vision' for the next X months in this area?
- We are planning a 'vision' sprint to decide next steps.
- As a leader, you need to have a defined 'vision' for the area you lead.

I feel 'Vision' is a cursed word.

Each episode is one continues shot and that is remarkable, specially towards the end.

Even if it cooks one day, it will never surpass what can be recognised as real. Because real has endearing flaws that only humans can feel.

It has evolved parallel to the evolution of Product Design as a role. Which is the wider topic.
There are other events focusing on other areas of UX that now seem niche.
It’s the ‘design event’ of today.
Not sure it will last long but for now I like the traction for new designers.
