Hit 13st (182lbs) this morning so decided to forgo gyming. In the past I've been around 80lbs heavier than I am now so I'm suitably pleased. I ain't ever going to be skinny, nor do I wish to be, but I think I'm a bit healthier 👍

On a far more upbeat note, my tattoo journey continues apace. The auroachs I got a couple of months ago has had an upgrade. I'm also having a bash at designing something myself. Just a silly little thing but its still a work in progress at the moment

Today I continued with the landscaping while herself planted a cornucopia of fruits and vegetables. I've discovered gardening soothes my troubled soul. It's quite the relaxing pastime as it goes.
