I am increasingly worried about Slot's ability to turn it around. Certain players always picked (Salah, Gakpo) .. substitutions which basically see to have no more idea than take off defenders and add forwards...

Favourite season? For me season 2. loved it, though my wife and I were less keen on the last season where we felt some of the plots around strikes and industrial relations were a bit forced and characters acted a bit oddly.

On a smaller point: do these people ever actually read Tolkien?
The whole point of the LoTR is that power corrupts; that no one can be trusted with the ring except the little people who want to destroy it; & that it's "the pity of Bilbo", not "the hard men of Gondor", that saves Middle Earth.
