This was a promising time for people traveling atop of the beast. This image was shot in 2017 and it was one of the many times I accompanied migrants across Mexico to reach the USA. I have covered migrant journeys by foot, freight train, and in trucks practically for 6 years. Long live the Migrants!

I have been documenting migration mainly of people coming from Central American countries since 2017 until today. My interest in engaging as an artist in this topic stems mainly from a personal angle. The main question I ask myself while observing people on the move is, how can I help change things?
