Some really nice changes at the Avenue Louise ( they now block some sections to cars; one is open to enter, but you'll have to leave driving backwards as a car driver)

Am I the only one confused as to why there are bike racks in these designated areas for e-scooters and e-bikes? I mean they are useful but the rack is mostly blocked or hard to get to with all those vehicles, that don't even need the rack, standing about.

In my opinion, they don't. They don't do anything differently on these streets, they will still try and squeeze very closely past you in order to stand at the next red light faster.
