This is a wonderful thing to do. As a new academic, I sent my thesis proposal to two Professors and they responded with positive feedback and excitement about my idea and it made my day! We all need some positivity given the current state of affairs.

Agreed. I dont even know if pursuing my Masters will be worth it considering the environment we are in. It makes me sad and upset.
