Ukraine accepts the mineral deal which gives the USA a % of profits from mineral sales.
Just do what corporations do, make sure there are no profits by reinvesting the money and then you don't have to pay the USA tax

I hope other countries are watching. The USA will support someone invading your country, then force you to accept a deal where you have to give up your sovereign resources to the USA in exchange for...nothing.

If America ever regains control of its government again one thing that absolutely needs to be done is the GOP needs to be permanently banned.
It should be illegal to accept campaign finance. The government should just give each party $200k and that's the limit. Not a penny more.
