Excellent bite to the very pretty glass noodles, very nice balance of hot & sour, excellent ma la numbing, very meaty curd ribbons.

Really good chew on these, interesting given the detailed cooking of the bigger packet version. And this is just like the standard version, but faster, and mini!

Really good chew on these, interesting given the detailed cooking of the bigger packet version. And this is just like the standard version, but faster, and mini!
