PT found an old video of me training. It showed me at 160kg+/352+ pounds. To today where I am down today at 136kg/299 pounds. Not the lightest I have been but damn i feel the most me in a long time. Some days you just need perspective from where you started to understand where you have been.

I am so fucken mad. I just received word that a place I booked as a hotel months ago has changed to a student accommodation and I need to pay for the full booking no refund. I am frustrated by this. £444 is alot of money. What other rubbish. I already booked another place.

I swear to God I have never had so much issues with booking than in the UK. I just had a place i booked a few months ago message me saying they need a student ID to book there with no mention it on their book. I swear it is the first time I have heard of this.

I am done with the negativity about brackets. Sure, there is needed more expanding, but Gaven explains it better in his video. Plus, it is a beta. It is far from the final product, and it will always be changing over time. I believe it is heading in the right direction. Just give it a go
