Fine job of understatement. We're watching the barbarians trash quadrillions of our tax dollars invested in a smooth functioning government. Skilled, hard to replace people shoved out the door and told they were criminals. I'm appalled at the callousness. A fine mess we've gotten ourselves into.

Good way to think about it. It never occurred to me to look at it that way. So I have trade deficits with many but it was a fair trade, they got my money and I got what I needed. I will never expect Ace or Home Depot or the local grocery store to buy from me and we're good.

Cruelty is the name of the game. We are paying for not standing up and supporting his false claim that he won the 2020 election. The humiliation was too much for him to bear and now we are being punished.
