Imo. not sure "upscaling" of S35 is true Imax? ( under rez. + Fov. differences ) Anyway shouldn't detract from the original shot on film masterpiece.

I have a lot of luv for this film.....& I know some have problems with the kid scenes. But for me this where Max becomes legendary.

Most probably right ...Imo don't reckon it's the same though ...maybe I'm old school.
