I'm not sure if getting a Kindle was a blessing or a curse.
Great for not being glued to my bright phone screen when I'm in bed, but it definitely isn't helping the bad habit of reading when I should be sleeping. 😅

Reaching the age where your birthdays are just an excuse for family and friends to come over and eat the food that you have to make is kinda depressing.
Compounded by the fact that I'm closer to 40 than I am 30, planning for it in a couple weeksnis a real bummer.

Had an entire company board get so excited about my logo rebrand for them that they had me do a website mockup that they're working on designing it to go live immediately.
It's a pretty damn swell feeling to have multiple people gush over your work like that.

We definitely didn't need MORE snow. Between that and the 40-50 mph wind today, seems like a perfect day to work at home in front of the fire.
