I found a solution to this thanks to a suggestion from a friend of mine. Claude Code has hooks you can use.
Now, whenever Claude finishes a task, a small macOS hook (via osascript) fires a system notification. No more "I will just check social media for a second" and forgetting I even ran it.

Claude 3.7 is really not that good, with many times reiterating the same things over and over. I still don't understand how 3.5 was that good and 3.7 feels like it went back.
However, you should try o3 as well. It is really perfect.

In my experience, I've seen that "alternative to competitor" pages mostly work if the competitor is already being searched by their brand name on Google (has enough search volume).
However, never heard of it coming directly from the competitor though, interesting strategy.
