There is a very good range of courses which are true representations of real life rowing locations, and many training programs. These are basic reports for a 6.5km structured row I completed earlier this morning. 🚣♂️

One of my recreational activities is virtual rowing.
Set up with a large smart screen TV, it is really good fun and exercise. I use EXR exrgame.com and a Concept 2 rower.
