Italian oyster mushrooms on wood/soy hull block just starting to pin.
This is a very aggressive mycelium. Normally it takes 4 weeks from inoculation to pins, but these blocks only took 3.

We had volunteer tomatoes come up in one bed last spring, so decided to let them go.
They were all from open pollinating varieties, resulting in some beautifully crossed fruit.
