I’ll echo Alan’s and John’s thanks: to everyone who played and sang with us over the years, and everyone who worked on our career and on our recordings and live shows. To our significant others, who put up with all the craziness.

Yes, the songs really did mean a lot to a lot of people, and it felt - feels - as if we have many more friends out there than we could ever get round to meeting in person.

To stand on a stage and hear a crowd of maybe thousands of people sing back to you words I had written to a tune my Oyster brother had written is a very powerful experience, a validation of *everything* that went into it.

We played here many times in the past, almost too many for our own good, but the chance to see and mingle with friends and peers in the Danish/Celtic world was irresistible.
