It took me 5 months to piece Pieces together, but in the end, it became more than just my story.
It’s a story of emotions many of us carry, and I’m glad I can finally share it with you.

I will be judging the Hackathon and Ideation Pitch, reviewing entries across FinTech, Social Impact, Health Innovation and Environmental Sustainability. I will also perform a live electro-acoustic set as KKC, sharing music from my EP, To All The Ones I Loved.

As a PhD researcher in AI and Data Science at Data Science, Artificial Intelligence and Modelling @daimhulluni.bsky.social University of Hull @uniofhull.bsky.social, my work focuses on multilingual NLP, bias mitigation for low-resource African languages, and emotion recognition in music lyrics.

I also reflected on how I integrate AI into my daily life, from streamlining workflows to sparking creative projects, applications in my music career, health and fitness, and looked ahead to how AI will transform many sectors including entertainment, education, culture and community empowerment.

During the interview with Isabella Norrison, I discussed why AI is more vital than ever, from upskilling to remaining at the forefront of technology to driving societal innovation, and shared insights from my PhD research on decoding emotion in global music lyrics.
