I disabled half of them. It became stable. I then re-enabled half of the ones I disabled, and so on, until I found the corrupt core.

Ironically, Eden's better intentions would have led to more deaths. Autumn's Enclave would have led to a wasteland enslaved to the Enclave, saying "Yes, sir" for water. But at least they'd be alive. Eden, like Richardson, would have murdered untold millions. Good intentions don't excuse atrocity.
