Prof Susie Speller has been funded by RAEng to bring her 'Superconductors Inc' game to schools across the UK.

The game introduces the students to buying, processing and selling the provided materials for a 'profit', and contains bite-sized educational content throughout.

A £3M investment in Mode Labs' new chemical sensing platform will make 'plug-and-play' laboratory measurements mobile and very affordable - for example for testing for pollution in streams and rivers.
