New account for a friendly bunch of campaigners looking to expose the Brexit horrors (not hard) & campaigning to rejoin (- bit harder). Come and join us!

I guess my point is don’t give up! It’s just way too important.

Well Reform may be topping the polls, but the majority of the country don’t want them. It’s only FPTP which gives them a path to victory.
We have to make sure - as far as we can - that doesn’t happen, by collectively succeeding in campaigning against them &/or persuading the govt to go for PR.

Well Ed Davey is bringing a vote on rejoining the customs union …
If nothing else, it forces a debate.

Rejoin isn’t the only option. There are far better deals that could be had if we were prepared to make the case. Forging a new Customs Union &/or making the case for Single Market membership.

We can only hope to resolve the refugee crisis by working with our neighbours & allies. By leaving the ECHR, this will be even harder. Isolation only benefits those who wish us harm. Brexit was the first wave of self harm. Leaving the ECHR the second.
You have to ask who are these ppl working for?

So self evidently true it hurts.

The danger of him, Farage & James Orr pursuing this wildly simplistic, anti net- zero, white nationalist agenda with such evangelical zeal, backed financially by the far right in the US, cannot be overstated.

Those in charge - inc labour who calamitously voted for the deal - are reluctant now to say just how shit Brexit has been. And so the same set of snake oil salesmen can lead us down the next path of dishonesty, misery and isolation, which will serve no one but themselves & their Russian overlords.

And look at us now. Struggling economically & politically as a direct result of Brexit - but with every incremental rise in Reform’s ratings, our ability to build a pro EU narrative is made more difficult.
