The same budget that's been going for, how long? It's a 'continuing resolution'. Dems shut down the govt to get their base out for the election... kept food from the poor, kept govt families from being paid...for votes.

Not always true. My ex wife, after divorcing me, lived on food stamps for over a decade, refused to get a job...not disabled, just chose not to work. Lived on child support and food stamps
