I had so much fun and dropped so much money in their arcade was back when. They also had a few mini-arcade throughout the park, too.

I wondered what was passing for arcade games these days. So I took the family through the arcade the last time we were up there and explained how different it was.

Ah, Oblivion! I've heard pretty good things.

I may grab that one when it goes on sale. 💸

I didn't play much Tomb Raider after PS1, but I lost a lot of time to 1 & 2. They were really engaging.

I was intrigued by the first remaster, but am kind of getting burned out on all these remakes.

Are the remakes decent? Do they have the same feels the early games?

Yep - it's all or nothing! I wonder if I fired up an emulator whether I'd be able to land it now?

Perhaps future research is warranted!

I'm down! I have play-by-play experience in multiple sports, including Pro Wrestling. I've most recently done some remote play-by-play work for Pandemonium Pro Wrestling.

Please send me a DM if you're interested!
I'd be super excited to help!

I definitely remember this game. Never owned it, but I rented it multiple times.

The difficulty was off the charts. Aiming was not easy and landing was even harder!

Too many fiery crashes to count!

haha! This is the first time I've heard that. That's pretty hilarious! 🤣

That's an interesting take and one I had never considered. Looking back now at the games from the period, I can definitely see your point though.

I think, depending on the game, that both systems have merits, but a "deep" RPG will give you more than the standard good guy/bad guy story-prototype.
