Afternoon Womble! Festive decorations are going up this afternoon, so I've dropped all other reading for Hogfather. HO HO HO.

Evening Womble! Hope the work admin was swift and painless.
I'm currently reading Gorse by Sam K Horton and Cunning Folk by Tabitha Stanmore, which are making a great pairing. Unintentional but I'm quite happy with it ☺️

Morning Womble! Hope all is well with you.
This morning I'm snuggled up with Murderbot and ART in a re-read of Artificial Condition. I love these two.

Morning Womble! Glad you're feeling better. I have just had a very cosy morning drinking tea and finishing the queer gothic shenanigans of All Of Us Murderers by KJ Charles, which was great fun.

Free will doesn't exist if you're near books - they amplify your powers!

Once is luck, twice is coincidence… three times is the Womble at work

I also have a suitcase that is heavy and suspiciously full of books… #WombleMadeMeDoIt

Train read (that I brought with me TO Fantasycon, no I don't know why I brought one along either) is All Of Us Murderers by KJ Charles. Only read a tiny bit but pleasing gothic vibes so far

I cannot believe you have put this in writing.

Afternoon Womble! Back to reading and currently about halfway through Awakened by Laura Elliott. Enjoying this take on a post apocalyptic world

I'd deny this but we are a terrible combination where books are concerned

Evening Womble! Back into Lady Eve's Last Con this week. Or possibly more Murderbot if I want a re-read. And of course I got these at Edge Lit yesterday

Reading brain not quite working this week. I'm considering re-reading Murderbot or something cosy to get it going again (and ignore the real world, because *gestures vaguely*)

So far I'm loving it!

Afternoon Womble! Swapping between The Lotus Empire by Tasha Suri in print, and Lady Eve's Last Con by Rebecca Fraimow in ebook. Both great but very different!
