Smoked a little bit of changa with gf last night. DMT is this magic substance, it felt really empathogenic afterwards, we just cuddled and stood together for a long while. It was a small dose that gave only some visuals.

So, 5-meo-mipt was a bit underwhelming for me, it is long lasting, the first part of the trip ( 2~3h) is very couch locking, had no visuals at all just more vivid colours, then later, a little bit of energy and empathogenesis. I'll try more experiments in the future maybe with a little higher dosage

Had my first k-hole last night. Was not expecting it, but was totally amazed on how this drug changes a lot based on dosage. Went from o mild anesthetic, mood enhancer drug, to a full blown psychedelic DMT like experience.

More researcg is needed but I believe 5-mapb to be a better empathogen than MDMA for relationship therapy.

First experience with Ketamine (s) yesterday, just a small bump (35 mg). Felt fine. Body a little weird. Music was great. Dancing too. Not a lot of euphoria or stimulation but felt some disinhibition. Could be good for some fun social context. Gonna try a little bit more today.
