I know I'm getting old, cuz source of my recent mental breakdown is me trying to grow my own arugula and it keeps dying. I don't know what I'm doing wrong, please I just want little arugula plant so I can have some home grown salad I'm going insane

Idk why but I have days when I struggle to make a decent meal, cuz my brain can't be bothered with cooking, but every time I'm drunk I can do gourmet fries from random potatoes laying in my fridge.
